Return Policy

LyraVega will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on www.lyravegashop.com for store credit ONLY within 15 days of delivery. 

Items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and tags.
  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Final sale & discounted items, accessories (jewelry & hair items), & hats cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@lyravegashop.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  • Wait for Confirmation: Once you have confirmation, please package your item for return securely with the original packaging, tags, and receipt. 
  • Ship the Item: Ship it back to us using the address we provided in your confirmation email using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. 
  • Processing: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including offering a replacement or refund.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes & final sale items. Purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We get it, we shop online too and sometimes the sizing or fit just isn't right. We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@lyravegashop.com to initiate an exchange and confirm availability before sending the item back. 

Shipping

Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

LyraVega is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.  

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
